Community Giving Day at Whole Foods Market on Wed. May 22
Learn More

Do the bulk of your weekly shopping on Wednesday, May 22nd and support a great cause! The Whole Foods Market Downtown, Arbor Trails, Bee Cave and Gateway store locations will donate five percent of their May 22nd net sales to Austin based non-profit organization The Nature Conservancy of Texas. The Nature Conservancy’s initiatives in Austin help protect water quality in some of Austin’s most beloved destinations such as Barton Springs and Hamilton Pool Preserve, and also protect prime habitats for the golden-cheek warbler and the black-capped vireo, two species of endangered songbirds native to Texas.

Not only will you be supporting a great cause, but you could win a luxury picnic too. To encourage the Austin community to join them in this great opportunity to give back, Whole Foods Market and The Nature Conservancy will host a giveaway for a catered picnic for four at the Conservancy’s Barton Creek Habitat Preserve, a naturally beautiful urban oasis.
