Nearly 350 businesses, community and political leaders from the Highland Lakes to Matagorda Bay will gather at the home of Doug and Martha Murrell on the banks of the Colorado River, honoring river hero, Ray Wilkerson and other individuals whose efforts have made a positive impact on the health of the Colorado River.
