The 2014 Texas Gaelic Games Finals is a family-friendly sporting event that showcases one of the most traditional Irish sports, Gaelic football.  The event includes four men’s games and two women’s Gaelic football games. Cultural events and awards ceremony will follow the final game. Teams from Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Austin will be in attendance, along with local flavor from Hat Creek Burgers and Amy’s Ice Creams. Hosted by the Celtic Cowboys, the games are meant as a public event that exposes spectators to aspects of Irish culture, and more specifically to the Irish community brewing in Texas.
