16 local culinary artists will compete to create the tastiest lamb creation in the land during the Austin Lamb Jam. Chefs will cook dishes from assigned regions or cuisines while attendees and Austin's top food media vote on the selections. The Austin victor will go head-to-head with other winners representing cities from coast to coast, vying for the title of "Lamb Jam Master" during the finale in New York City later this year.

A portion of the ticket sales will benefit the Austin Food & Wine Alliance, a nonprofit that provides grants, education and events to foster awareness and innovation in the Central Texas culinary scene.
