The American Shakespeare Center will return to Austin for its sixth annual visit to the University of Texas campus. Direct from the stage of the celebrated Blackfriars Playhouse, the ASC touring troupe brings Renaissance drama to life in exciting and accessible performances.

Hamlet is one of Shakespeare's most well known tragedies. For centuries, audiences have seen themselves in the brilliant, troubled prince at the center of this ghost story, comedy, seven-murder revenge thriller mixed with a philosopher's gold mine.
