Austin Civic Orchestra presents New York, New York, featuring music written in homage to The Big Apple. Guest pianist and former Pearl Amster winner Ben Laude will perform Gershwin’s “Second Rhapsody.” Guest composer and native New Yorker, Anthony Iannaccone, will discuss his work “Waiting for Sunrise on the (Long Island) Sound” during a pre-concert talk.
