This heavy industrial oddity finds William S. Burroughs consorting with the likes of Bill Rice and Christiane F. in a feedback-laden political thriller of urban pirates, cassette tape terrorism, and shadow governments. H-Burger employee and "Noise-freak" F.M. Einheit discovers the antidote to soothing muzak being used to control the populace – noise. Genesis P. Orridge of Throbbing Gristle & Psychic TV, Soft Cell, and Einstürzende Neubauten provide cold steel for the Industrial Revolution. Based on the writings of William S. Burroughs, Decoder is cyberpunk paranoia in neon chroma.
