braincardio™ has partnered with the City of Austin Parks & Recreation Department’s 50 Plus Services Division to teach an ongoing series of exercises that has been proven to increase memory, energy, self-esteem, clarity, curiosity, ambition, emotional stability, and wellbeing. Dr. Joe Bates, bestselling author and nationally recognized physician, challenges participants interested in upping their mental edge to try specific workouts with braincardio™ - a series of fun exercises that engage and connect new neural connections that help people build cognition – or, thinking ‘better’, especially with memory improvement.

Dr. Bates will return to Austin to personally teach a class and answer questions.
