The Austin Salon Poetic is a poetry open mic that takes place on the first and third Monday of the month. The open mic is free and open to the public 21 years of age and older. The Austin Salon Poetic is hosted by Michael Aaron Casares and brought to you by Virgogray Press, an independent poetry publisher organizing to showcase the local poetry talent, as well as host regional and national poets.
