Banger's chef, Ted Prater, will be pairing each beer with a different tapas style dish to accentuate each beer's characteristics. Each guest will be served 6 beers from Founders Brewing Company (based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan) with several specialty crafts throughout the evening. Additionally, Chef Prater will be on hand to discuss the beer and meal pairings with guests.
