Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden presents First Smoke Out Saturday
Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden will present their first Smoke Out Saturday of 2017. The menu includes a Texas BBQ plate with smoked brisket and Texas-style beef and pork hot sausage, Texas baked pinto beans, sweet pickles and jalapeño pickles, Texas toast, cole slaw, and sweet but tangy house-made BBQ sauce.The smoke out will use staves from aging barrels to cook sausage and brisket. There will also be live music all day.
In addition to the smoke out, there will be a broad lineup of rare barrel-aged beer.
