The Baron's Men presents The Dead of Winter

eventdetail

The Dead of Winter, an original script written by Aaron Niemuth and Laura Trezise, is an Elizabethan murder mystery utilizing the classic "trapped with an unknown killer" scenario. There’s an engagement party at a remote Keep, and a snowstorm sets in. Many guests flee the party ahead of the storm, but not everyone is able to leave in time and must remain in the Keep until the storm subsides.

Suddenly, a scream rings through the Keep – the charming and bold Constance Claybourne has been killed. As the story unfolds and learning more about how Constance is connected to those trapped together, the question goes from “why was she killed” to “how in the world has she managed to remain alive so long?”

There are some twists, some turns and plenty of suspects… not to mention three different killers. The three different endings will be on a rotating schedule. Each ending is designated with its own letter, A, B, and C.

Schedule of endings:

  • Weekend 1 – October 12B / 13A / 14C
  • Weekend 2 – October 19A / 20C / 21B
  • Weekend 3– October 26C / 27B / 28A
