Beer brewing and flavor analysis class
Basic theory and practice of brewing using one of the house beer recipes as a case study. Looking at raw ingredients and overall process, attendeeswill get an understanding of how beer is made and how to make it at home. Attendees will get a deeper understanding of mashing, lautering, hop additions, water treatment and recipe design. Will also have tasting and talk about flavors, where they come from and how to control them. Considered for intermediate level brewers.
