Benson Movie Interruption: Hulk
Doug Benson has proven that he loves movies, since he has a podcast about them and is a major amigo of Austin's own Master Pancake Theater. But one of his signature events is the Benson Movie Interruption, where he and his friends sit in the front row and say whatever pops into their heads about a classic or not-so-classic film.
The featured film for this afternoon is classically divisive, to put it mildly. Ang Lee's 2003 Hulk may be one of the most serious movies about a green giant, and it left plenty of comic book fans scratching their heads after seeing it, mostly due to Nick Nolte's choice to amp up his crazy to 11. Join Benson and Co. for a slightly serious but mostly funny look at one of the most unique superhero movies to date.
