The Blanton Museum of Art presents Blanton’s Third Thursdays.

The schedule below is as follows:

  • 12 pm - Yoga in the Galleries
  • 12 pm  - Screening: Matthew Barney’s Cremaster Cycle
  • 5:30 pm - Beat the Rush

Beat the Rush is a series of gallery concerts in which musicians perform in response to the paintings, drawings, and sculptures on display and discuss how their music is inspired by visual art.

  • 6:30 pm - ARTiculamos

A Spanish language tour designed around variable themes or special exhibitions.

  • 7:30 pm - Slow Looking tour

An in-depth examination and discussion of select artworks,.
