For a limited time this summer, Bolthouse Farms Wunderoots is teaming up with two local food trucks and their chefs, Mary Hermadi of TaLad and Miguel Kaiser of T-Loc’s Sonora Hotdogs, to present their newest plant-powered innovative meal solutions. Each food truck is offering free full entrees of their unique recipes using the new line of carrot-based products including carrot dogs, riced carrot, and noodled carrots.

Bolthouse Farms has created a new plant-powered platform to provide Austinites simple, easy to prepare and delicious ways to eat more vegetables. Consumers sampling at the food trucks will have an opportunity to try the products in different recipes to inspire their own creations at home. TaLad is known for its authentic offerings of Thai and Laotian street food and classic dishes and is putting their spin on the Riced Carrot and Noodled Carrot options. T-Loc’s Sonora Hotdogs is known for its take on Sonoran cuisine and is giving the Carrot Dogs the Sonoran and Texas treatment. Together, they are celebrating the power of vegetables and the inherent goodness of carrots.

The tour will be at TaLad on June 18-20 and June 25-27 before moving to T-Loc's Sonora Hotdogs on July 2-4 and July 9-11.
