Step back in time to an era of flappers and suffragists, bootleggers and temperance workers, and real-life legends like Al Capone and Carry Nation. "American Spirits: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition" is the first comprehensive exhibition about the temperance movement and the unprecedented repeal of a constitutional amendment. View more than 100 rare artifacts, visit a re-created speakeasy and explore multimedia exhibits highlighting the 18th Amendment and the fashion, music, and culture of the Roaring '20s.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through January 7, 2018.
