Cannon + Belle presents Five Course Wine Dinner featuring Becker Vineyards

Cannon + Belle will present their first wine pairing dinner of the season with Becker Vineyards. The five-course dinner will pair five wines with a special menu created by Chef Yesica Arredondo. 

Menu:

  • Lobster Bisque - lobster, sun-dried tomato, sherry, cream; Paired with Becker Provencal, 2016
  • Beets + Pomegranate - carbonated beets, cashews, fennel, tarragon, baby potato, pomegranate vinaigrette; Paired with Becker Reserve Viognier, 2015
  • Poached Quail - confit, bacon, savoy, Meyer lemon, hazelnuts, chanterelle; Paired with Becker Prairie Rotie, 2014
  • Herb Encrusted Tenderloin - parsnip, mustard greens, black garlic, barley, sauce Robert; Paired with Becker Canada Single Vineyard Cabernet, 2014
  • Ginger Snap Financier - orange cardamom mousse, pistachio, honey cinnamon ice cream, candied orange, blood orange gastrique; Paired with Becker Prairie Cuvee, 2015
