Celis Brewery, Austin’s first craft brewery, originally founded by famed Pierre Celis, is holding its Grand (Re)Opening celebration exactly 25 years to the day after its initial debut in 1992. The legendary brewery has been rebuilt by Christine Celis, Pierre’s daughter and partner in the original Celis Brewery.
The reopening celebration features a Celis custom sausage bite menu by Frank, half-price beers — including Celis White — from 6-9 pm, a commemorative glass for the first 200 people, and music by Kid Slyce and special guest.
