Mark Rashap, one of Austin's only Certified Wine Educators and Chocolaterie Tessa have selected four seasonally appropriate wines and complimentary chocolates which guests will taste behind-the-scenes in the working chocolate factory. Guests will also be able to tour the facility, discover how chocolate is made, and learn to identify both chocolate and wine's unique and inherent natural flavors.

Guests will learn the breakdown components of wine and learn to identify what wines work with the various styles of chocolate. This tasting will be an explosion of senses and a hedonistic experience not to be missed.
