Dane's Body Shop hosts a donation based bootcamp that benefits the youth leadership, mentoring and adventure non-profit Explore Austin. The Fusion 'n Go (F'nGo) is Dane's outdoor workout program that caters to South Austin, and the F'nGive is a free workout session taking place on the south lawn of Barton Springs. Donations of $10 and up will secure you a spot as well as admission into Barton Springs. Guests have the option of a workout at 8:15 am or 9:10 am — or both if you're up for a challenge.
