The annual Dell Children’s Gala, taking place on Saturday, January 25, is the first fundraising event of the year for Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas. Each year, the Gala provides more than $1 million to the Medical Center’s area of greatest need, and supports the premiere kid and family-centered care offered at the hospital.

The theme of this year’s Gala, Storybook, is in honor of all the stories and lives that Dell Children’s Medical Center has been a part of and will continue to be a part of in years to come. The hospital serves more than 142,000 sick and injured children per year, from a 46-county region in Central Texas — that’s a lot of stories.

This year’s Gala will feature live music, silent and live auctions, as well as dinner and dancing, and will be attended by more than 1,000 private supporters and members of the medical community. The Gala is hosted by members of the Dell Children’s Council and the Children’s Medical Center Foundation of Central Texas.
