Edible Austin presents 7th Annual Chef Auction
The chefs featured at this year's auction are Shawn Cirkiel of Parkside Projects, Sonya Coté of Eden East, Bryce Gilmore of Barley Swine, Jesse Griffiths of Dai Due, Erind Halilaj of Il Brutto, Zach Hunter of The Brewer’s Table, Yoshi Okai of Otoko, Ian Thurwachter of Intero, and Nicholas Yanes of Juniper. The evening begins with a cocktail hour during which guests can enjoy hors d’oeuvres prepared by Auction Chefs. Silent auction bidding will commence during the cocktail hour and continue post live auction. After the live auction, guests can bid on great silent auction packages if they didn't get their chef of choice.
On site will be Bending Branch Winery, Dripping Springs Distilling, Still Austin Whiskey Co., Shiner Beer, and Texas Coffee Traders with some refreshing libations.
