Fonda San Miguel continues its popular Guest Chef Series with Pablo Salas of Amaranta.

Menu will include:

  • First Course: Ensalada de betabel rostizado and Roasted beet salad
  • Second Course: Col a las brasas con aceite de trufa, queso y crema and Charcoal roasted cabbage with truffle infusion, cheese and cream
  • Third Course: Sopa de hongos salvajes con epazote and Wild mushrooms broth with epazote
  • Fourth Course: NY o Corvina en pipian rojo y pure de papa rustico and Choice of New York steak OR Red Drum in red pipian and rustic potato puree
  • Fifth Course: Granizado de tepache and Tepache granita
