Fonda San Miguel brings two celebrated chefs, sisters María Elidé Castillo and Delfina Castillo Tzab, to its kitchen as part of its 2019 All-Women Guest Chef Dinner Series. The sisters are the founders of Semilla de Dioses (Seed of Gods), a cooperative focused on gourmet Yucatán condiments of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. The event begins with cocktails followed by a four-course dinner.
