Freedmen's Bar and Smokehouse presents October Whiskey Dinner
Join Freedmen’s for a whiskey dinner featuring Auchentoshan, a triple distilled, single malt scotch from the lowlands. Brand Ambassador, Heather Jensen, will guide you through a tasting of each expression, using each of them in a cocktail selected to pair perfectly with each course.
Course menu will be as follows:
- Avocado Crostini, Cocktail: American Oak, lemon, mango shrub, mint
- Prime Rib with Grilled Squash, Cocktail: 12 Years Old, sloe gin, maraschino, lemon, angostura, absinthe
- Pumpkin Cheesecake Bar, Cocktail: Three Wood, Punt e Mes, Campari, Fernet Branca
