The Long Center and Gallery 701 will present a new visual arts exhibit entitled naissance, featuring 30-40 of Austin’s most creative artists. The exhibit will feature both prominent and emerging artists as well as works from the present class of Artist INC - a series of workshops dedicated to arming artists with applicable business skills.

Curated by Philip Rogers, an exhibited artist and photographer in his own right, naissance is intended to further the trajectory of visual arts in Austin, and continue the forward momentum that art has seen in Austin’s public spaces in the past five years.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through February 20, 2017.
