This dinner will bring wood-fired food together with charred barrels for an evening featuring Garrison Brothers Bourbon Founder, Dan Garrison, Garrison Brothers Master Distiller Donnis Todd, and Chef Jason Purcell, Chef de Cuisine of Garrison Restaurant. This event is an exclusive gastronomic occasion featuring a four-course dinner, paired with unique expressions of Garrison Brothers' Bourbon as imagined by Andrew Grenz, Beverage Director & Lead Mixologist.

There will be a "Meet the Maker" where guests will be able to speak personally with Dan and Donnis from Garrison Brothers along with chef Jason Purcell and get a unique insight into their craft. The "Meet the Maker" portion of the event is open to anyone who would like to join; dinner is available with tickets purchased.
