Harry Ransom Center will present a screening of the documentary The Newspaperman: The Life and Times of Ben Bradlee (2017), followed by a conversation with Leonard Downie Jr., who served as managing editor of The Washington Post under Bradlee and later succeeded him as executive editor. The conversation will be moderated by R.B. Brenner, Director, School of Journalism, The University of Texas at Austin. Ben Bradlee's archive resides at the Ransom Center.
