Wes Craven, already known to theatrical horror audiences, took a stab at the made-for-TV world with this psychological chiller based on a young adult novel. Linda Blair stars as a girl who becomes suspicious of her newly orphaned cousin who comes to live with her family. Blair alone can see the telltale signs of witchcraft. Soon, a battle of wills emerges between the two teenage girls.
