For the big launch party, guest bartender Tiki Trey will be mixing up strong rum drinks (think Mai Tais, Jasper's Jamaican Swizzles, Sidewinder's Fangs & more), DJ Emily Rabbit will set the mood with Reggae, Surf Rock and Tropicália tunes, and dish up on Polynesian Wings, Kahlua Pork Sliders and Coconut Pudding.
