Award-winning restaurant Uchi hosts Rodney Strong Vineyards and the James Beard Foundation’s Celebrity Chef Tour event in Austin with a five course meal with pairings. Courses will be prepared by Chef Tyson Cole of Uchi, Executive Chef Tatsu Aikawa of Ramen Tatsu-Ya, Executive Chef James Robert of the upcoming Fixe, Executive Chef Jeff Mall of Zin Restaurant & Wine Bar in Healdsburg, California, and Executive Pastry Chef Janina O’Leary of laV. Popular radio personality, blogger and author Ziggy The Wine Gal, will host the event.
