Juniper presents Cigliuti Barbaresco Wine Dinner
Juniper will present a special wine dinner in collaboration with Cigliuti Winery. The intimate dinner will feature five courses of Central Texas-influenced Northern Italian cuisine specific to the region of Piedmont, crafted by Executive Chef Nic Yanes and his team.
Each course will be paired with red varietals of Cigliuti wine. The meal will be enjoyed on Juniper’s patio, weather permitting. Featured Cigliuti wines will include the Barbera and Dolcetto variations along with multiple vineyards and vintages of their adored Barbaresco. Guests will enjoy varietals alongside winemaker Claudia Cigliuti.
