Krause’s Café & Biergarten presents Texas Craft Hog & Grog Dinner
Krause’s Café is hosting a Hog and Grog dinner that will showcase beer from five South Texas breweries. The evening will highlight special, off-menu dishes created by Chef “Boomer” Acuna to be paired with Texas craft beers. The restaurant will have a prix fixe, five-course menu featuring Texas-inspired and pork-driven dishes. The menu includes Five Spiced Braised Pig Trotter (pigs feet), Crab Cake, Boudin Stuffed Porchetta, Fried Oysters, and Butter Toffee Cake as dessert. Each dish is paired with a Texas craft beer.
The beers featured are provided by Seguin Brewing Company in Seguin, Busted Sandal Brewing Company in San Antonio, Save the World Brewing in Marble Falls, Middleton Brewing Company in Wimberley and Altmeyer & Lewis Brewing Company in San Marcos.
