Join La Chaparrita for their third annual night of Latin American music, dance, food and fundraising, all in celebration of Latin American Independence Day. Free and open to the community in the Highland Mall Food Court, the celebration allows for the chance to sample many tastes of Latin American culture, whether it's traditional Peruvian clothing or folk music to dance to. On top of that, La Chaparrita and the Highland Mall Food Court will donate 10% of the proceeds during the event to deserving Hispanic students through the Hispanic Scholarship Consortium.
