This fall, the Peached Tortilla will soon go from trailer to brick-and-mortar, and to prepare themselves, they're inviting guests to sample various dishes to help determine what will end up on the final menu. This month's dinner will feature pairings by The Austin Winery. Doors and drinks will open up at 8 pm, with the dinner beginning at 8:30 pm.
