Revelry Kitchen + Bar presents Gumbo Party
Join Culinary Director, Dominique Labeaud, and Chef Zak Kelley for an eastside Gumbo Party. The chefs are serving up two gumbos, from the wild to the mild.
- Spicy Bayou Style Gumbo - alligator, snapping turtle, crawfish, shrimp, lump crab, andouille sausage, okra, trinity, and garnished fried frog leg, white rice, lemon wedge, parsley, and mini baguette.
- Chicken, Sausage, & Ham Gumbo - grilled chicken, andouille sausage, tasso ham, okra, file, sofrito, and garnished with white rice, green onions, paprika, and mini baguette.
Beverage Director, Alana Zanello, will be whipping up a Frozen Hurricanes and other New Orleans inspired cocktails.
