The godfather of the American tattoo, Norman "Sailor Jerry" Collins built an unprecedented body of work during is reign in WWII-era Honolulu — some it beautiful, some of it lewd, most of it both. Comprised of a large variety original flash, art and sketches, this SXSW debut is the first time the collection will be seen in the United States.
