Texas Folklife presents Tim Higgins: "The Art of a Vintage Ride" opening reception

eventdetail

Tim Higgins always had a fascination with cars of the '50s and '60s and those of the decades before. Photographing vintage cars rekindled his fascination with the spirit of a past era and their beauty. The photos in "The Art of a Vintage Ride" were taken over a period of seven years at the Lone Star Round Up and The Austin Speed Shop.

Higgins will be in attendance to speak about his experiences and creating the exhibit. Refreshments and great company will be provided.
