Texas Folklife will present an exhibit of works by guild members of the Spinners and Weavers Society of Austin, including handwoven art pieces and garments, felted pieces and basket weaving woven from a wide variety of materials all with a Texas accent. There will be weaving, spinning, dyeing, and felting demonstrations at the exhibit opening, as well as light refreshments and drinks.
Following the opening reception, the exhibition runs until December 16.
