ATX Brands is looking for the next chef to run its Zorro food truck at the historic Scoot Inn's backyard. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age or older and must email their name, bio, and concept proposal, which includes an original concept, menu and business plan, for the food trailer to TrailerTruckOff@GiantNoise.com by April 30 at 6 p.m. 

ATX Brands CEO Doug Guller will select seven contestants for the challenge and will be joined by a panel of Austin foodie judges. If selected to compete, contestants must provide their own ingredients and items that need to be prepared, present a menu and prepare one signature dish at the competition based on their own concept. The winner will receive a six-month contract to operate the Zorro Food Trailer.
