Musician and songwriter releases his latest album, Sleeper, on August 20, and he will make his way through Austin to perform as himself rather than with one of his many side bands. His newest album features some psychedelic folk, and the rest of the evening's lineup features the likes of Holy Wave and Hidden Ritual.
