Hosted by South African Chef Hugo Uys and artist Xander Ferreira, Austin will be the second stop on the Wines of South Africa - USA Braai Tour 2013/2014, which sets out to explore American cuisine, cities and culture while infusing an experiential touch by promoting South African wines, traditional Braai — or barbecue — and specialty side dishes by Chef Uys. In addition to food, wine and art, the crowd will dance along to the crossover eclectic mixes of DJ Xander. This event will also benef the Amala Foundation, and ticketholders will enjoy unlimited Braai and wine.
