The ListenUP tour brings the mission of Women in Hospitality United to set new standards for equity in the hospitality industry to Austin. Attendees will be the women, non-binary individuals, and allies who have identified themselves as change agents and industry tastemakers. They are the workers, leaders, volunteers, owners, operators, and doers who are fueling the  reimagining of the hospitality industry.

At the conclusion of the tour, WiHU will issue an industry-facing call to action which will include a draft of the 2025 Hospitality Industry Equity Goals. This plan will outline the collective goals of the stakeholders represented on tour, along with steps for immediate action that can be taken to balance inequity in the hospitality industry.
