Independence Brewing Company has been in operation in Austin since 2004. It has grown tremendously in the last 7 years, with their Stash IPA & Austin Amber becoming staples in most Austin beer joints. The factory is located just off Ben White and they offer free tours every first Saturday of the month. Get there early and check 'em out!
