East Side King — South Lamar
The brick-and-mortar incarnation of the popular food truck delivers on the same delicious fare that we've come to know and love. Created as a side project by Paul Qui and sushi chefs Moto Utsonomaya and Ek Temrek from Austin's acclaimed Japanese restaurant Uchi, they take their dishes to another level. They specialize in Pan-Asian cuisine, adding their individual take on staples like pork buns, fried rice and the popular beet home fries. The South Lamar location offers interesting taco plates as well as beer on tap.
