The East Side Show Room is a tiny boutique restaurant and bar located in the up-and-coming neighborhood east of I-35. Designed to resemble a European cabaret prior to WWII, the wire and wood seating is intimate and candlelit. The 1920s theme carries through to the inventive and exciting vintage cocktails and the live entertainment from each night's hired jazz act.
The kitchen prepares some of the most sustainable dishes in town, infusing classic French cuisine with down-home Texas flair. You'll just as likely find free range bison on the specials board as you will quail or lamb. Bring someone special and fall in love with this menu, as well as this atmosphere.
Check their website for the schedule of eclectic live music featured almost every night of the week. You'll feel as though you've transported time and space.
