Phil's has a story and it's about more than the awesome mini-burgers, cold beer matched with the legendary Amy's service. Opened by the owners of Amy's Ice Cream, Amy and Steve Simmons, the joint is named as a memorial to and celebration of Phil Clay, the long-time Amy's Ice Cream production manager who passed away back in 2003. Phil's is made for fun with a playscape and games and a great sense of humor... but the burgers are serious and you're missing a local treat if you don't stop and try one.
If you're not sure where to start on the burgers try the mini-burgers assortment!
