Look forward to cuisine inspired by Qui's Filipino birthplace, his Texas roots, his classic French training and the Japanese style developed during his years spent at the famed Uchi and Uchiko. Must haves on the menu: An Ode to Michael Bras, Rabbit 7 Ways and —of course — the cheddar cheese ice cream sandwich. Qui isn't the only one who has received praise for his work. Qui sous chef Jorge Hernandez was featured in Time's November 2013 "Gods of Food" issue.

And it's not just the food that keeps people coming back. Advanced Sommelier June Rodil (winner of the Texas Best Sommelier award in 2009) has created an impressive wine list and the craft cocktails are some of the best in town.
