Arancini
|
From an orange trailer within the SoFi food court, Arancini dishes out heaps of Italian comfort food. The most popular menu item that doubles as the trailer's moniker, Arancini, is a must-order: three fried risotto balls stuffed with crispy bacon, pecorino romano, petite peas, fresh mozzarella and homemade marinara dipping sauce. The menu extends its reach towards Italian fare far beyond the classic arancini, however. Here, you can order a poached egg, blue cheese and bacon salad, as well as lasagna Bolognese with bechamel sauce. But if you want to get straight to the point, order the meatball slider stuffed with cheese. A few dishes make for a filling meal for one person and won't leave a dent in the pocketbook.
